One step polish would be our entry level paint correction. With this we are not looking to do full correction or go after deeper scratches or R.I.D.S. but to clean up light to medium defects in the paint like swirls, light scratches, oxidation while leaving behind a high gloss finish that is ready for a layer of your choice of protection. With this you could be looking at 50%-80% correction. 

With this we are looking to achieve about 90%-95% correction. Starting with an aggressive polish or compound to remove deep defects and level down the paint followed by a finishing polish to refine the paint and bring out a deep gloss, reflective mirror finish!
